Wed. 8/6 - Back-to-School Survival Skills for Moms & Kids
Twin Cities East welcomes experts from the Primrose School of Woodbury, who will lead a conversation aimed at equipping Moms with survival skills they need to help kids who are entering school, whether pre-school, kindergarten, a new school, or simply adjusting to a new teacher. The discussion will include transitions to before- or after-school care, working in partnership with teachers when kids are having challenges, and starting off on the right foot without putting too much pressure on the kids -- or on mom!
Download the event flier or visit our Press Room for the media release.
On the Horizon...
Tues. 8/19 - Chat-in-a-Hat: Moms' Social Night!
Chat-in-the-Hat is a Mothers & More tradition where anything goes -- add questions to the hat and take your chances as you draw questions out of the hat to answer. It's a fantastic game for getting to know other Moms, what makes them tick and how they view the world, from serious to silly. It's a lot of fun, sure to result in laughs and new discoveries about the moms in our chapter, and a great farewell to the summer months before school and Fall activities return.
